Maintaining customer relationship is our company's utmost duty, which is why MichaelSoft will do our best to support our clients through various channels. We offer consultancy and technical support through Online Instant Messaging (Windows Live & Skype), Phone, Remote Access, & Onsite Support.
We provide support depending on different situation, all support are free of charge except for Onsite Support. For example, simple and quick questions can be addressed using Instant Messaging or Email. Basic software / hardware related problems can be addressed over the phone or by remote access. If there is a more sophisticated problem which requires our technical personal to dealt onsite, a fee will be charged depending on the area / range.

Onsite Ad-hoc Support Charges:
Charges depends on the radius from MichaelSoft main office in Kuala Lumpur, please look at the chart below:
| a) Less than 50km | RM 500 | |
| b) 50km - 150km | RM 800 | |
| c) 150km – 300km | RM 1,000 | |
| d) More than 300km | RM 1,500 | |
| e) East Malaysia | RM 2,000 |
Note:-
- Please be advised that each visit shall be limited to 1 (One) cybercafé only.
- For item (e), charges do not include transportation and accommodation.
- Transportation – Airfare: Return flights, Checked-in Baggage/Luggage (25KG), and Travel Insurance. Due to relevant hardware / tools required for installation / maintenance, any tax incurred on hardware shall be bear by the client.
- Transportation – Land: Airport & Local transport (such as Taxi/Bus/Train).
- Accommodation (Hotel): Booking and payment be made before departure. Prefer hotel with acceptable Room Cleanliness.
