A: Please make sure the server is properly set-up before trying to boot client PCs (e.g: Mount XP Disk, Server IP address / Client, DDS client user number, DDS Time Usage Remaining and etc).

A: Please follow these steps:-

  1. Check which HDD drive is faulty. (DDS Server usually consist of 4 to 6 HDDs. Some server set-up might vary)

  3. If DDS Disk is faulty, then replace & re-install the Michaelsoft DDS Server software and re-configure the settings.

Q05: If I'm using Superworkstation mode to install a program and it got infected with virus. What should I do?

A: You can cancel the Superworkstation mode. The setting you did just now won't take effect since you cancel the Superworkstation mode and it will revert back to the previous Restore Point.

*Users are strongly advice to scan the files or installers for viruses before installing anything inside the Superworkstation PC
